UPDAAATE!!!

I haven't made any blog posts in a while so I thought I would just talk about what I'm working on these days and go from there... it sucks because I am working working working (hermit alert) on content but so many things are unfinished/not copy written etc that I don't have much to show at the moment... I'm hoping to have several treats to print next year...

I'm presently working on about 7 completely different comics/comic series (all at different stages)... one of which just hit it's 10 year anniversary since I started it in high school with a friend (teaser picture above)... I've never had the money to print so it had been laying around unfinished (only seen by family and close friends)... I honestly never planned on releasing it it was just such a fun project I couldn't stop working on it... I presently have about 16 15+ page issues (with several more planned out), most finished, some still needing color, pencils, ink etc... this is probably some of my best writing/character design... this is the series that taught me how to make comics and write and develop characters (all hand colored with colored pencil and marker)...

Also in the works... FAT Fridaze Year 2. I just finished Strip 79!!... which posts every Friday only on FATfridaze blogspot. (Strip 69 posts tomorrow!) I'm really excited with these next 9 strips (71-79)... this is really the meat of the story for year 2... and it took a while for me to finally be able to put it in the strip... It's some of my darkest stuff and I'm really happy with the visuals... I only have 25 more strips to finish and year 2 is done :) I'm planning to do Year 3 and then take a break from Fat Fridaze to work on other stuff... but will probably always work on these characters... I love them too much and they have tons of stories that haven't been told yet (most themes have only been touched on) I plan to hopefully start animating some Fat Fridaze shorts next year and will continue exploring these characters...

Envira 3 was started in early 2011 and I'm finally about halfway done with it (just completed coloring page 10 a few days ago) I will be posting more about that soon and can't wait to have the first 2 Envira comics online again for your viewing pleasure. Envira 3 is the darkest most serious of the series thus far and is all colored in Photoshop.

The other 4 projects are all in different stages and will be fleshed out ASAP...

Can't wait to have tons of comics printed and in stores :)

Thanks for reading and keeping up with me... I hope to entertain you all soon!!
